We’re interested in hotels available for purchase, lease, or transfer, as well as properties with zoning for hospitality use.

Backed by a team of seasoned entrepreneurs with international hospitality experience and strong local financial support, we create spaces where travelers and locals connect, collaborate, and feel at home.

What we’re looking for:

Location:
Mexico City: Roma, Condesa, San Miguel Chapultepec, Juárez, Polanco, Tabacalera,
San Rafael, Santa María la Ribera, Coyoacán, Nápoles, and surrounding areas.

Beyond Mexico City: La Paz, Huatulco–Puerto Escondido Corridor, Los Cabos,
San Miguel de Allende, Riviera Nayarit (especially Vallarta), and Oaxaca City.

Size:
At least 3,000 m² of surface area.

Type:
Existing hotels or buildings with apartments.
Properties with zoning for hospitality use.
